How to delete your account

In the app

Me → Settings → Delete Account

By email

Email yoomee.interactive@gmail.com with your registered email address or User ID.

We process requests within 2 business days (up to 7 days for complex cases).

What gets deleted

• Profile details, login credentials, and linked third-party accounts
• Messages, posts, and other content you created in the app
• Virtual items or in-app purchases tied to your account, where applicable
• Some data may be anonymized rather than fully erased where permitted by law.

What we may keep

• Billing records — up to 3 years for accounting and dispute resolution
• Security logs — up to 90 days for fraud prevention and abuse investigation
• Legal obligations — only as long as required by applicable law, then deleted
