Our Commitment
YooYooLive operates Kimi with a zero-tolerance approach toward any conduct that puts children at risk. Protecting young users is a core responsibility of our platform—not an optional feature.
Any activity involving the sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of minors (including AI-generated or fictional depictions) will result in immediate enforcement action, which may include account suspension, permanent ban, content removal, and cooperation with law enforcement where applicable.
This Child Safety Policy applies to all Kimi products and services, including voice chat, messaging, user profiles, community interactions, and any user-generated content shared through the Platform.
1. Age Eligibility & Parental Responsibility
Kimi is designed for users who meet the minimum age required in their jurisdiction. In most regions, users must be at least 13 years old. Some countries or regions may require a higher minimum age or verifiable parental consent before use.
- Users must provide accurate age information during registration. Misrepresenting age to access Kimi is prohibited.
- Parents and legal guardians should supervise minors who use social platforms and ensure they meet local age requirements.
- If we discover that a user is below the applicable minimum age, we will restrict or close the account and delete associated personal data as required by law.
- Users must not register accounts on behalf of minors who do not meet eligibility requirements.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account on Kimi without authorization, please contact us immediately at yoomee.interactive@gmail.com.
2. Strictly Prohibited Behavior
The following conduct is forbidden on Kimi and may be reported to relevant authorities:
2.1 Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)
- Creating, distributing, requesting, or storing any material that sexualizes, exploits, or depicts minors
- Sexual comments, jokes, role-play, or coded language directed at or involving minors
- Sharing, soliciting, or trading sexual content involving minors through messages, gifts, or payments
- Any content that depicts child nudity or suggestive portrayals of minors, including digitally altered or AI-generated images
2.2 Harm, Grooming & Manipulation
- Approaching minors with intent to build inappropriate trust or relationships (grooming)
- Pressuring, threatening, or coercing minors into harmful, illegal, or unsafe activities
- Bullying, harassing, or physically or emotionally abusing minors
- Encouraging minors to share personal contact details, photos, videos, or location information
- Promoting child trafficking, neglect, or any form of physical or psychological harm toward minors
2.3 Identity Misuse & Deception
- Impersonating a minor or falsely claiming to be a parent/guardian to gain access or trust
- Using deepfake, face-swap, voice cloning, or similar tools to portray minors or deceive other users
- Uploading photos, videos, or audio recordings that include identifiable minors without lawful authorization
3. Content Moderation & Safety Measures
We employ a combination of technical tools and human review to identify and address child safety risks:
- Automated screening: Systems scan text, images, and behavioral signals for potential CSAE-related violations
- Live & real-time monitoring: Voice rooms, chats, and public interactions may be monitored for policy violations
- Human moderation: Trained reviewers investigate flagged content and apply appropriate actions
- Risk-based restrictions: Accounts showing suspicious patterns may be limited, suspended, or permanently banned
- Device-level enforcement: Repeat or severe offenders may be blocked from creating new accounts
Attempts to bypass our safety systems—such as using encrypted channels, external links, disguised language, or third-party tools—will be treated as intentional violations.
4. How to Report
We rely on our community to help keep Kimi safe. If you encounter content or behavior that may harm a minor, please report it immediately:
- In-app: Use the Report function on a profile, chat, or room and select the relevant category (e.g., child safety / minor involvement)
- By email: Send details to yoomee.interactive@gmail.com, including screenshots, usernames, timestamps, or other evidence if available
When we confirm credible reports involving child exploitation, we may preserve evidence and report the matter to organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or local law enforcement, as required by applicable law.
5. Enforcement Actions
Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following measures, depending on severity:
- Content removal and account warnings
- Temporary or permanent account suspension
- Restriction of messaging, voice chat, or other platform features
- Permanent ban from Kimi and affiliated services
- Referral to law enforcement or child protection agencies
Users with prior convictions related to child abuse or exploitation are not permitted to use Kimi.
6. Guidance for Parents & Guardians
- Talk with your children about online safety, privacy, and appropriate behavior on social platforms
- Encourage minors to report uncomfortable interactions immediately
- Review app permissions and privacy settings on your child's device regularly
- Contact us promptly if you believe a minor under your care is using Kimi in violation of this policy
