Child Safety Policy

App: Kimi  ·  Developer: YooYooLive  ·  Effective Date: June 25, 2026

Our Commitment

YooYooLive operates Kimi with a zero-tolerance approach toward any conduct that puts children at risk. Protecting young users is a core responsibility of our platform—not an optional feature.

Any activity involving the sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of minors (including AI-generated or fictional depictions) will result in immediate enforcement action, which may include account suspension, permanent ban, content removal, and cooperation with law enforcement where applicable.

This Child Safety Policy applies to all Kimi products and services, including voice chat, messaging, user profiles, community interactions, and any user-generated content shared through the Platform.

1. Age Eligibility & Parental Responsibility

Kimi is designed for users who meet the minimum age required in their jurisdiction. In most regions, users must be at least 13 years old. Some countries or regions may require a higher minimum age or verifiable parental consent before use.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account on Kimi without authorization, please contact us immediately at yoomee.interactive@gmail.com.

2. Strictly Prohibited Behavior

The following conduct is forbidden on Kimi and may be reported to relevant authorities:

2.1 Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)

2.2 Harm, Grooming & Manipulation

2.3 Identity Misuse & Deception

3. Content Moderation & Safety Measures

We employ a combination of technical tools and human review to identify and address child safety risks:

Attempts to bypass our safety systems—such as using encrypted channels, external links, disguised language, or third-party tools—will be treated as intentional violations.

4. How to Report

We rely on our community to help keep Kimi safe. If you encounter content or behavior that may harm a minor, please report it immediately:

When we confirm credible reports involving child exploitation, we may preserve evidence and report the matter to organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or local law enforcement, as required by applicable law.

5. Enforcement Actions

Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following measures, depending on severity:

Users with prior convictions related to child abuse or exploitation are not permitted to use Kimi.

6. Guidance for Parents & Guardians

7. Policy Updates
